Service Description

Your initial appointment starts with an in-depth discussion about your current injury, previous injuries, lifestyle, training demands and other stressors that may be contributing to your symptoms. We’ll then complete a thorough physical assessment to understand what may be driving the problem. Together, we’ll identify meaningful goals and milestones to work towards and create a treatment and rehabilitation plan tailored to you, your lifestyle and what you want to get back to.
